SAIKOFOODS takes full responsibility for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during transportation from our warehouse to the customer. Customers should inspect the goods upon receipt. If there are damages, breakages, or incorrect items, please check the condition with the delivery man and inform our Customer Care department immediately.
If the customer has signed off on the goods without any notes or comments about the condition, SAIKOFOODS will not be responsible for any subsequent damage or breakage claims. If the customer selects a delivery service that does not ensure safe transportation, the customer will be responsible for the goods and any associated risks once they leave our warehouse. Additionally, the customer will bear the cost of shipping and any related losses.
During transportation, additional issues such as toll fees, village entry fees, parking fees at apartments, changes in the recipient, unclear delivery addresses, dangerous areas, or mountainous regions may arise. In such cases, please contact our Customer Care department for advice and support.
Customers should thoroughly inspect the goods and compare them with the order details upon receipt. SAIKOFOODS allows customers to check the items with the delivery staff at the time of delivery. If any discrepancies are found after receipt, please contact our hotline at 0978.611.557 for support with returns. We recommend recording a video when opening the package for reference if necessary. Once the goods are successfully delivered and paid for, any further issues will be handled according to our return policy.
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as inability to contact the customer, incorrect addresses, bad weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen issues with the delivery service. In such cases, SAIKOFOODS will inform the customer as soon as possible.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and the customer has not received the goods, please contact us for the fastest resolution. If the customer wishes to change the order (e.g., change product, cancel the order) before delivery, please quickly contact the hotline at 0978.611.557 so we can resolve the issue with the delivery service.
