Customers may exchange or return products under the following circumstances:
Damaged Products: Products purchased from SAIKOFOODS are cracked, broken, or damaged upon receipt from our delivery personnel.
Incorrect Delivery: SAIKOFOODS delivers a product different from what the customer selected and purchased.
We only accept exchanges or returns for products that are intact as received by the customer, not opened or used for trial purposes, and still have the original SAIKOFOODS seals intact.

Our customer care team will handle your product return request and guide you through the detailed return procedures, resolving on the same day or within a maximum of 2 days from receiving the information.
